I called at 4:30 on a Friday having trouble with my tr1 auto pilot on my way to go salmon fishing, Jen answered, knew exactly what to check. She let me pay over the phone with a credit card and left the pump outside hidden to make sure I could use my tr1 this weekend. Exceptional customer service, and very friendly. Very happy with the customer service and extra mile she went to make sure I was fishing this weekend.

I have used Portland Marine for a number of years for electronics purchases, installation and service and boat repairs. I have always found them to be very accommodating, provide quality electronics installations and repairs on my boats. Good honest shop that will backup all services and repairs done to your vessel. I have recommended this shop to a number of my friends and they too are completely satisfied with them. Can't speak highly enough of Guy White and the rest of the guys in the shop.
